Yes we need some rain, the lawn is definitely showing signs of stress but not a whole lot we can do about it.

We cut back all of the Knock outs that finished blooming so they should look great again in about 5 weeks or so, I will give them epsom salts, Naturize and rose food and this mix really gets me results. The butterfly perrennials are amazing this year and are in their prime right now.

Yes all of the dogs are fine and little Barcelo is 5 plus pounds now and is playing the role of Todo in the school play, it seems to be his calling. It is a lot of work for us but we like living with a snooty dog star.

The standard poodles are still hyper and very demanding but such sweet, loving dogs they just are attention hounds. One of my great clients gave me a metal heron which is the scarecrow for the koi pond and I have not missed another fish since the statue was added. So I went from 43 to 16 and I am really sad about it but that's nature, it's so weird as the heron's didn't bother the fish for 4 years, then suddenly it was sushi for the whole lake community.

I have had tennis elbow for weeks now and it is very painful and it seems everywhere I go I have to shake hands which is not good for healing, I really wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't play the rest of my life so I will hope and think positive.
